Terra Botanica

Voted 10th favorite theme park by the French (source: Trip Advisor); supported by the region, this park invites you to discover the world of plants and biodiversity.

Within the first park dedicated to plants in Europe, more than 275,000 plants from all continents are here to tell you about their fabulous odyssey.

3D movies, treetop walks, suspended trampolines and nets in the trees.

Terra Botanica, a theme park resolutely natural that evolves and grows over the years … each season the park offers new features, since 2022 nocturnes in July and August “Terra Nocta” and the Canopy of birds in 2023. A great discovery for nature lovers and theme park enthusiasts alike. A great idea for an intergenerational outing. It is a fabulous playground for the whole family.

Biopark

The only troglo zoo in the world, the Bioparc houses more than 1700 animals in 14 hectares of their original environment in Doué en Anjou.

Raised and pampered for their protection, true ambassadors of their wild cousins, they question their threatened environment and the solutions implemented here, with success around the globe.

Our favorite: the largest South American aviary in Europe with 35 species of multicolored birds.

An unmissable stopover in Anjou, this zoo is also remarkable for the beauty of its site, dug in the rock the enclosures welcome giraffes, fawns and other animals in a majestic setting.

Oriental Park of Maulévrier

This unique park in Europe allows you to immerse yourself in the land of the rising sun.

Created between 1899 and 1913, the oriental park of Maulévrier has become the largest Japanese garden in Europe. It will enchant you in all seasons with its colors, shapes and water games.

A nice family outing to discover traditions from elsewhere.
A beautiful discovery for children who marvel at its landscapes and sculpted trees.

From May to September, discover the night walk and its “Japanese tales”, in addition to the day visit (in May and July the night walks start at 9:45 pm).
